Our process is rigorous by design.

Our process is rigorous by design — because the clients we serve expect the best, and we only present candidates we would hire ourselves. You will go through a profile review, a PI cognitive and behavioral assessment, a short English proficiency test, and a structured in-person interview at our Campinas office. We work with transparency in the process and with respect for your time and career goals.
