CapacityPod is a consulting and business-process services company founded by a CFO. We deliver CFO services, finance and business functions, and Brazil entry advisory to US and European companies — with our own team, from our own office in Campinas.

René Stephansen — Founder

René Stephansen has spent more than 20 years as a CFO across the United States, Europe and Latin America, building and leading finance functions at international companies and managing cross-border operations at senior level. He is Danish and lives in Brazil. CapacityPod is the product of that experience.

René leads CapacityPod's CFO practice and oversees the delivery of every engagement. The Campinas team runs the day-to-day work, and clients always have direct access to the company's leadership.
