René Stephansen has spent more than 20 years as a CFO across the United States, Europe, and Latin America — building and leading finance functions at international companies and navigating the complexity of cross-border operations at senior level. CapacityPod is the product of that experience.

René is personally involved in every search and every client relationship. This is not a business he runs from a distance. He conducts the interviews, makes the calls, and is the person you will speak to when something needs to be resolved.
