This notice explains what we collect when you visit capacitypod.com, why we collect it, and how to control it. It applies to this website only. It does not cover our client engagements, which are governed by separate contracts.
CapacityPod is a nearshoring company based in Campinas, Brazil. We place Brazilian professionals with US and European companies under an Employer of Record model.
The controller of personal data collected through this site is CapacityPod. For any question about this notice or your data, contact privacy@capacitypod.com.
From you, directly: nothing unless you contact us. If you email us or submit a form, we hold what you send — name, company, email, and the content of your message — for as long as needed to reply and follow up.
Automatically, when you browse: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps) and, if you accept, Google Analytics data on how the site is used.
We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social media trackers, or third-party scripts beyond Google Analytics. We do not sell data.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to Brazil’s ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados) or to the data protection authority in your country.
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
